Vincent graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1990, and in 1993 received his designation as a Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for the overall direction of the taxation components of SR&ED services provided by WHEY R+D. He has been providing specialized accounting and taxation consulting services related to the SR&ED program since 1990, assisting clients in maximizing entitlements under federal and provincial R&D incentive programs. |
